Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos. We will assess the issue directly and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with New Zealand consumer guarantees.
Change-of-mind returns are not automatic and must be discussed with us before anything is sent back. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
