When you place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, selected products, quantities, stand options, delivery method and order notes. Your cart may also be saved in your browser so it remains available while you shop.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are completed on Stripe's hosted Checkout page. South America 3D Lab does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy ↗.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use order information to confirm payment, prepare and fulfil your order, arrange pickup or delivery, communicate with you, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Information may be shared with Stripe, delivery or courier providers, and service providers only when reasonably needed to process or support your order. We do not sell your personal information.
STORAGE & YOUR CHOICES
We keep order records only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support and legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them. You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or request deletion where applicable.
