When you place an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, selected products, quantities, stand options, delivery method and order notes. Your cart may also be saved in your browser so it remains available while you shop.
ONLINE CHECKOUT & EMAIL ENQUIRIES
Eligible orders use Shopify checkout, where you enter your contact, delivery and payment details. Shopify and the selected payment provider process the checkout. For email enquiries, the website prepares an email that you can review before sending directly to South America 3D Lab.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use order information to review and confirm your request, prepare and fulfil an agreed order, arrange pickup or delivery, communicate with you, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We use Shopify to provide online checkout and manage online orders. Information may also be shared with the selected payment provider, delivery or courier providers, and service providers when needed to process, fulfil or support your order. We do not sell your personal information.
STORAGE & YOUR CHOICES
We keep order records only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support and legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them. You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or request deletion where applicable.

OPTIONAL GOOGLE CUSTOMER REVIEWS
After online checkout, you can open an optional Google survey invitation from your purchase confirmation. To show this invitation, we share your unique order reference, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google. Google sends a survey only if you choose to receive it.
